Isaac's Biography

Isaac is the son of George and Kathy Sponaugle of Franklin, West Virginia, and is a lifelong resident of Pendleton County. Isaac graduated from Franklin High School in 1997 and received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an emphasis in finance from West Virginia University School of Business and Economics
in 2001. While at WVU, he served as an intern for U.S. Senator Robert C. Byrd. Isaac received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from West Virginia University School of Law in 2004. After graduation from law school Isaac returned to Franklin where he practices law.

Isaac is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association, South Branch Valley Bar Association, Pendleton County Bar Association, Osiris Shriners, Potomac Highlands Shrine Club, Pendleton County Chamber of Commerce, Franklin Lions Club and a member of the Walnut Street United Methodist Church in Franklin, West Virginia.
